Sales Specialist

As a Sales Specialist for the Balkans region, you will be an integral part of our sales
team, responsible for driving subscription sales and expanding our market presence. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their operations.


Key Responsibilities:
 Identify and acquire new customers in the designated markets (Serbia, Slovenia, Croatia,
Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, and Albania).
 Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients.
 Meet and exceed subscription sales targets.
 Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
 Provide regular market feedback and insights to the management team.
 Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
 Communicate with clients primarily by phone and email.


Requirements:
 Experience in sales is highly desirable, and experience in the transport industry would be
considered a plus.
 Strong understanding of the Balkans market dynamics.
 Fluency in Serbian/Croatian/Slovenian is required; proficiency in English is necessary for
internal communication.
 Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
